The video library currently holds over 250 videos, with new additions added weekly. Workouts vary from 5-60 minutes, providing you with the flexibility to fit daily movement into even the busiest of the schedules. Easily filter videos by duration, equipment and/or area of the body to quickly find the perfect workout for your fitness level and goals. New weekly suggested program every Friday takes the guess work out of planning home workouts.

To get the most out of your online classes, it is recommend (not required) to have access to the following equipment:

  • Weights (1-5 lbs)
  • Pilates mini ball
  • Yoga blocks, we often use 2
  • Gliders (sock or towel work best)
  • Resistance band
