The Good Barre method is designed to engage mind and body. Slower-paced than most barre classes, this method focuses on form and engaging the correct muscles. TGB method incorporates a variety of equipment and weights to create high intensity with minimal impact on the joints. Practicing regularly can improve participants’ balance and coordination. Cardiovascular health is supported by using resistance to elevate the heart rate without the cortisol spike of high impact training. The workouts aim calm the nervous system and build overall strength. Classes are safe for pre/postnatal and are beginner-friendly.
